Auto Enrolment Employer Guide
The Auto Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 was signed into law by the President on the 9th of July 2024. The Act provides for the setting up of the National Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Authority (NAERSA) which is tasked with launching the Auto Enrolment Scheme, to be known as “My Future Fund”.
